The minimum number of people in the apartment is 4.
One child under 2.99 years without bed free of charge.
The reservation is valid after making a 50% deposit from the stay. Surcharge from the price is paid at the latest on arrival.
If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation 7 days before arrival is 100% of the stay.
The price includes all energy, utilities, bed linen and towels.
